Work required under this contract includes furnishing materials, qualified labor, equipment, etc. for the installation, replacement, repair, and/or relocation of stormwater culverts, pipes, and appurtenances at various locations in Unincorporated Paulding County on an annual basis. The Bid Form provides a detailed listing of work items to be performed under this contact. The Contractor does not have to bid more than one group; however, must bid all items in any one entire group. This work is not solely limited to PCDOT, it could include work for other Departments such as Paulding County Water. The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Work required under this contract includes furnishing materials, qualified labor, equipment, etc. for the installation, replacement, repair, and/or relocation of stormwater culverts, pipes, and appurtenances at various locations in Unincorporated Paulding County on an annual basis To register, please email purchasing@Paulding.gov in advance and no later than 24 hours before the meeting with their firm's request to participate in the pre-bid conference, in person or online via Zoom. Please submit your firm name and email addresses of attendees and a meeting request will be sent to you by the Purchasing Department with a secure meeting link. Bidder will provide a list of sub-contractors that will be used in conjunction with this project. Bidder must perform 50% or more of the project, without the use of sub-contractors. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as, "FY 25 Stormwater Infrastructure Replacement and Repair Unit Price Contract, Bid Number: 25007-1505". If bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the OWNER at the address previously given. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise. The owner may award the contract as a whole or in parts to one or more successful bidders.
