Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.
Fox River Affordable Housing Corporation (FRAHC) (The Housing Authority Elgin, IL) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as General Contractor for preconstruction and construction services for future new multifamily affordable housing development projects. Interested parties may respond to the request for qualifications. Prior experience working with public/private financing including low-income housing tax credits and private activity bonds is required. Responds must be 100% bondable with sufficient working capital. The proposer shall include at least (3) three copies of the RFQ documents for consideration. Prospective applicants are welcome to make inquiries and ask questions concerning the RFP to obtain clarification of the any requirements or schedule a site visit to the properties.
