Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in North Highlands, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 09/12/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Direct pre-bid questions to the Project Manager, Nicholas Nganga, via the Q&A tab in the portal. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work for: The project consists of approx. 50,000 sf interior improvements to a portion of the existing 127,000 sf warehouse building space at 4837 Watt Avenue, North Highlands, 95660 CA. Site improvements to include but not limited to grading, paving, landscaping, lighting, security cameras, landscaping, parking re-stripe, utility connections, gates and fencing for the proposed emergency shelter cabins located on the exterior. The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting, and patching required to complete the work including penetrations of surfaces for installation of ducts and conduit. Cutting of structural members not specifically shown on the contract drawings, or cutting which might affect the integrity or effectiveness of weather exposed or moisture resistant elements or systems, must be approved in advance by the Engineer. Provide temporary fencing, lock boxes etc., as required to protect material storage, equipment and building under construction from theft, vandalism and unauthorized entry.
