New construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Repurpose Billingsville for relocated Montessori PK-6 program; demolish Chantilly. Cotswold to occupy Billingsville August 2025; Chantilly Montessori to occupy Billingsville 2027. The Billingsville Montessori Upfit architect submitted the schematic design submittal to CMS for review and comments. The design team conducted a meeting with CMS leadership to review the schematic design. The project consists of two phases; the first phase is to develop the security vestibule (summer 2025) and the second phase is to renovate and incorporate the Montessori project features for the relocation of Chantilly Montessori School (summer of 2026). As of August 26, 2024, this project is in the design phase. An architect and CM/GC have already been selected.
