Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility; for site work for a communication facility; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The Project consists of constructing a new 370-foot-tall Microwave Tower, a Facility Building, an access road and sitework. The tower will be approximately 350 feet tall with a 20-foot-tall antenna (total 370 feet). The microwave tower will be fitted with several antenna systems that include microwave communications system dishes, SCADA radio frequency system masts, and FAA obstruction marking lighting systems. The Communication Facility Building will include the equipment room and the generator room. The construction work will include site entrance improvement at SR-70, access road improvements, microwave tower facility and utilities.
