**As of November 8 , 2024 project has not been awarded , Project expected to be awarded on November 12, 2024.** Hoover Building Renovations 2850 Curtis King Blvd., Fort Pierce, FL All Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond with the Bid Form or their bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. ***Bid Event: Bidders shall submit ONE (1) MARKED ORIGINAL AND TWO (2) PHOTOCOPIES OF THE COMPLETED BID PACKAGE in a sealed envelope. The Project Name, Bid Number, and time and date of the Bid opening shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Facsimile responses shall not be accepted Bidders may not withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County.
