Renovation of a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
As of November 14,2024, project was awarded to Sundance Water Design Inc., awarded amount is $143,499.65. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to install two new UV systems for the pools at Farmington Aquatic Center. Bid should include decommissioning of old equipment, demo of any unused electrical as well as installation of new electrical, installation of new units and the commissioning of said units. The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid. If awarded a contract, the undersigned Bidder agrees to substantially complete the work for final acceptance within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Questions and/or clarifications concerning this solicitation will be accepted via electronically. Responses to questions will be released via addendum. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC) is $148,800.
