The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish to the Board of Water Works Trustees of the Des Moines Water Works, the estimated requirement of antiscalant, of 49,540 pounds for the year 2025. This antiscalant will be used with the reverse osmosis membrane systems of the municipal water supply. The undersigned hereby states this product meets or exceeds the latest revision of AWWA Standard and is ANSI/NSF 60 approved for use in potable water. DMWW reserves the right to conduct any test/inspection it may deem advisable to assure goods and services conform to the specifications. Approximately 49,540 pounds will be delivered to: Saylorville Water Treatment Plant 6500 NW 26th Street Des Moines, IA 50313 The Des Moines Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive informalities in any quotation and to accept the quotation which it determines to be in the best interest of the Des Moines Water Works.
