Reference Number 0000277038 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/29 01:00:00 AM EDT It is the intention of Manitoba Hydro to enter into a single source contract with Atlas Copco Compressors Canada, a division of Atlas Copco Canada Inc. from Saint-Laurent, Quebec to provide three air compressors that form part of the Grand Rapids Tailwater Depression System. An 'ACAN' is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that Manitoba Hydro intends to award a contract for the goods and/or services to a pre-identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest and capability to supply the goods and/or services by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no vendor submits a statement of capabilities that meet the requirements set out in this ACAN, at or before the Closing Date, Manitoba Hydro may proceed with the award to the pre-identified vendor. This ACAN is not a legal offer but only an invitation to provide information. (a) The size of each compressor assembly shall be able to accommodate a door opening with a maximum clearance of 70 inches wide, 110 inches long and 80 inches high, Atlas Copco Compressors Canada is the only vendor who can meet both our technical requirements and size restrictions.
