Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project was cancelled. Mesa County Facilities is interested in obtaining bids for the removal and replacement of the caulking used between the exterior wall panels to the Justice Center. The existing caulking has deteriorated to the extent that daylight can be seen from the interior on some sections. The following are required product specifications Mesa County is requesting 4.2.1 Contractor is to perform removal of all existing caulking and backer rod where shown during the Site Visit Meeting. Contractor must remove and properly dispose of all removed product. 4.2.2 Contractor must provide their own manlift to reach the upper floors of the four story building. 4.2.3 Constructor must provide protective surfaces as not to damage existing landscaping, sidewalks, etc. while operating the lifts. 4.2.4 Preparation of all joint faces per sealant manufacturers recommendations. 4.2.5 Placement of appropriately sized backer rod at all joints. 4.2.6 Priming of all joint faces per manufacturers recommendations.
