The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain bids from qualified contractor(s) to provide demolition services to completely demolish two (2) residential homes. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, and site restoration to grade the site. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The bond shall be with a Surety licensed and admitted to do business in the State of Michigan and in a form acceptable to the City of Rochester Hills. The accepted bidder will be required to furnish Insurance Certificates, Payment and Performance Bonds underwritten by a Surety licensed and admitted to do business in the State of Michigan and acceptable to the City. *The City of Rochester Hills Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals.
