The City of Goleta (hereinafter "City") is inviting qualified and experienced companies/Consultants to submit their qualifications for the updated 2023 Pre-Authorized Consultant List for on-call services for the following disciplines/specialties: - Public Relations Services - Right-of-Way Services - Construction Management Services - Development Review Services - Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural) Services - Engineering and Environmental Services - Environmental Assessment and Compliance Services - Environmental Planning and Permitting Services - General Architecture Services - Geotechnical Engineering Services - Haz Mat Assessment Testing and Disposal Services - Historic Preservation Architecture Services - Landscape and Arborist Services - Procurement Services - Project Cost Estimation Services - Project Management Services - Real Property Services - Survey Services - Traffic Engineering Services This RFQ constitutes an update to the existing 2023 Pre-Authorized List. The existing 2023 Pre-Authorized List will only remain valid until January 2026 (A new RFQ will be issued in late 2025 for the future 3-year pre-authorized list). Consulting firms on the existing 2023 Pre-Authorized List do not need to reapply for categories the firm is already listed under. Deadline for Questions: September 10, 2024 All questions about this RFQ must be submitted in writing through Electronically. The Departments currently proposes establishing pre-authorized lists for each service category from this RFQ. Public Work or Facilities reserves the right to terminate the use of these pre-authorized lists at any time. The initial contract will be for a term of three years. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for two one additional year(s) at its sole discretion. The vendor receiving the contract award for the initial contract will retain that contract award throughout the life of the contract, including the optional renewal years. Pre-authorized firm(s) selected to provide services will meet with City staff to identify the specific tasks, schedule, and budget for the services requested and will be required to sign an Agreementwith the City. General rate sheets, including staff hourly rates (both regular and overtime) shall be submitted with the RFQ. Project specific fee schedules, including staff hourly rates (both regular and overtime), % markup on equipment rental rates, cost of technical support both on-line and on- site, will not be required until a specific task is identified. In addition, once a specific task is identified, a disclosure identifying any actual, apparent or potential conflict of interest that may result from the performance of any of the services will be required. These may include any actual, apparent, or potential conflicts of interest that may exist with respect to the firm, employees, or other persons relative to the provided service. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
