Question Deadline 09/11/2024 In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by LWD at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. The work generally consists of Construction of new water main in the Towns of Littleton, Harvard, and Boxborough, Massachusetts. A total of approximately 20,200 linear feet of 12- and 8-inch ductile iron water main shall be installed along Whitcomb Avenue in Littleton, Littleton County Road in Harvard, and Beaver Brook Road, Swanson Road, and Codman Hill Road in Boxborough. This project shall also include installation of water services from the new main to the property line, hydrants and valves, and pavement replacement as described herein.
