The bids are for a single Prime Contract for the interior renovation of the Widener Building at 729 Davis Ave., originally built in 1885. The Widener Building is a contributing element to the Corning Commercial Historic District. The building contains two structural floors, and a full basement with approximately 3000 SF on each level. The building will be renovated to include lower level and level one retail space, level one office space, and two upper-level living units.
