Site work for a power facility in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
Contractor to furnish labor and equipment to accomplish the following: removal and disposal of existing 7' fabric height industrial fencing with 3-strand barb wire (approximately 558'-3" total length), including two 16' double swing vehicle gates and all existing posts, concrete post footers and one concrete gate apron, and installation of approximately 565'-6" of 8' fabric height industrial fencing with 3-strand barb wire, including two 24' double swing vehicle gate with reinforced concrete gate aprons and one 4' width walkthru gate. New fence posts shall be Schedule 40 standard weight pipe in accordance with ASTM F1083, Regular Grade (minimum) with 2.0 oz/ft2 (Class 2) hot dip galvanized zinc exterior and interior protective coating. New fence fabric shall be 9 gauge with 2-inch mesh, fabric selvage shall be twisted and barbed on the top and bottom and shall be zinc coated by the hot dip process after fabrication, per ASTM A392, Class 2 (2.0 oz/ft2). All installations will be to Central Lincoln specifications and some material will be provided by Central Lincoln. This project is located in Gleneden Beach, OR. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
