All questions for this bid packet/project should be emailed to Miranda Duke .Huntsville Utilities and Robert E .Lamb, Inc. will conduct a pre-bid meeting, as part of the bidding process, attendance at this meeting is considered mandatory. The contractor shall furnish all super- vision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the construction called for under this contract in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Bids will be accepted only from qualified General Contractors licensed prior to the bid opening by the State of Alabama. A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5%of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each bid. A performance bond, a payment bond, a maintenance bond ,and insurance will be required prior to execution of the contract .No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
