The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2024 season is October 1, 2024, and substantially completed by March 1, 2025, and final completion by April 1, 2025. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install all soil erosion and sedimentation control measures as called for in the plans and per the direction of the Engineer. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain of all measures to ensure that sediment does not build up in the drainage structure. This does not include poking holes in the silt sacks to allow flow into the structure. The silt sack has to be removed from the structure, cleaned thoroughly, and reinstalled in the structure. The CONTRACTOR shall clean the sediment out of all the drainage structures after the project has been completely restored. All measures must remain in place until the project area has been completely restored and vegetation has been established.
