Reference Number 0000366014 Job Location: City of Hamtramck The 2024 ARPA Lead Service Line Replacement Program (F) focuses on replacing lead service lines in the southeast portion of the City of Hamtramck. This project will replace 220 lead service lines on several streets in the city. The project locations will include St Aubin, Roosevelt and Lehman Avenues. As illustrated in the itemized bid sheets, Hanley will be an alternate street and may be included in the contract depending on bid prices. Please be sure to review the measurement of payment, specifically for what is included in the Lead Water Service Replacement Line item. Question Deadline 10/30/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No, All RFI's shall be emailed to James Owczarzak at jmowczarzak@hengineers.com The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is April 01, 2025, substantially completed by August 08, 2025, and final completion by August 22, 2025. 5% Bid Bond Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
