Site work and new construction of a residential development in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Housing Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Letters of Interest from experienced Development Entities to provide expertise in demolition and redevelopment of HACA's Eastport Terrace and Harbour House properties and two City-owned off-site properties located at 932 and 935 Spa Road which were previously used for the City's Public Works facility. HACA seeks a developer partner to assist in the revitalization of Harbour House and Eastport Terrace in combination with the two City-owned properties. HACA reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications for any reason at its sole discretion or to waive any informality in the proposing. No Statement of Qualification will be withdrawn for a period of sixty(60) days after the opening of Statement of Qualifications without the consent of HACA.
