Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in East Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of, but not be limited to clearing and grubbing (tree trimming or removal), installation of drainage piping, construction and redevelopment of swales, placement of imported fill, placement and preparation of limerock road base, and construction of asphalt roadways over fifteen (15) current dirt roads in various locations. Questions concerning the specifications may also be emailed to Leigh Doran, Procurement Supervisor, at leigh.doran@putnam-fl.gov . Answers to questions received will be posted online with the bid documents. Questions must be received at least 7 days prior to bid opening. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Tentative Contract Term: October 8, 2024 - July 20, 2025 Bid Bond - Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the County for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price, From a Corporate Surety Approved by the County Will Be Required From the Awarded Vendor. Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price, From a Corporate Surety Approved by the County Will Be Required From the Awarded Vendor.
