Red Devil Sanitary Sewer Improvements, 2024. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than six (6) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Site Address: Red Devil Drive. Site Directions: The project is located along Hwy 24 and the lift station will be located at the north end of North Sager Street. Est. Completion Date: July 1, 2025. Est. Value Notes: Project estimated value was calculated using recent local bidding information. The Town of Hulett (Owner) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the town. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount which amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owners. Successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price. The work consists of installing a new sewage lift station, 770 LF of 8" sewer line, 4 manholes and various incidental items. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
