Materials, labor, equipment, services and complete construction of the Hulett Pickle ball recreation area. The work consists of constructing a five-inch thick posttensioned concrete slab, supplying all necessary materials for the colored/textured surfacing of pickle ball courts constructed with proper slope of positive drainage in accordance with specification, fencing of tennis courts with specific specifications, provide sport court equipment in accordance with specifications, perform the site preparation of the sport court in accordance with specification provided. The Town of Hulett (owner) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities it deemed in the best interest of the town.
