The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the execution and completion of the Project in conformity with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, and work required to produce the results established by the Contract Documents, whether or not such items are expressly identified in the Contract Documents. Any reference to published standards, specifications, codes, or regulations shall be construed to refer to those in effect as of the bid opening date. The Sponsor's responsibilities under this Agreement are limited exclusively to those duties expressly set forth in the Contract Documents.
