The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp (WHCC), is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for HVAC/Electrical upgrades and reroofing at the Programming Building of the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp in Newcastle, Wyoming. The project scope includes reroofing and comprehensive upgrades to aging HVAC and electrical systems at the Programming Building, which supports various facility functions such as medical, educational, and recreational uses. These upgrades are aimed at improving indoor environmental quality, energy efficiency, and overall system reliability, while addressing ventilation, heating, and cooling needs. The project will require careful coordination to maintain continuous operations within an occupied correctional facility. The selected CMAR will play a key role in project phasing, constructability review, and cost management for the successful delivery of the project. Only SOQs submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. All questions must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website by the deadline given, and it is the proposer’s responsibility to review the site for updates, addenda, or bid tabulations.
