Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newcastle, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and fitness / recreation center.

Replace and repair the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and components for the Newcastle High School, Fitness Center, and Vo-Ag Building. A chiller for the system is being installed in June 2026 due to the old chiller being obsolete. The intent of this RFP is to identify and select the most qualified design professional that will provide the design services for this project. All submitted Proposals shall be sealed and must be received by Weston County School District No. 1 at 116 Casper Ave, Newcastle WY, 82701. Proposals may be delivered in person, via US Postal Service, or via commercial parcel service. Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, email, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Only such Proposals that have been received by the District at the address, time, and date listed will be considered.
