Renovation of a municipal facility in Newcastle, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish the lump sum price for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and services required for furnishing the HVAC, Replacement for the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Mount Pisgah, Wyoming. Disconnect electrical, and all mounting hardware from old Baird AC unit from building. Installers will be responsible for old AC unit removal and disposal. Complete Installation of new 5 ton AC unit as described below. Rigging inside the new building is included in the bid. This includes electrical disconnection, connections and testing for the old AC unit and new AC unit. If a larger breaker is needed this scope includes larger wire, conduit,required fittings and all other installation material for the installation as required. Please ensure this is reviewed during the site walk through. Note if a larger breaker will be required to power the upgraded unit which is also part of this scope of work. All work materials, equipment, rentals, permits, and freight are to part of this bid . Any building modifications to be included in this bid for the new 5 ton unit . Said work shall commence upon notice to proceed and will be completed by September 19, 2025, from the Notice to Proceed.
