Tree Removal and Bush Clearing at the former UGI Plant, Scranton, PA Pursuant to a fair and open process, sealed bids will be received and reviewed by the Lackawanna County Commissioners for qualified professionals interested in performing Tree Removal and Brush Cutting at the former UGI Plant located at Bridge Street and Cliff Avenue Scranton, PA 18503 The bid must be accompanied by (1) a cashiers check, (2) other irrevocable letter of credit drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in the Commonwealth or (3) By bond with corporate surety in the amount of 10% of the bid amount excluding if applicable ad or deduct alternatives. Security is to be made payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. The bidder's Certificate of No Conflict of Interest should be included in the bid. The County assumes no responsibility for the cost of preparing the bids and no responsibility for delays bid submission. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by Lackawanna County.
