Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Joliet is accepting proposals to replace and update the existing Parking Access and Revenue Controls for the Ottawa Parking Deck. The project shall include furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision to install in place a fully operating Parking Control System. A responding qualified vendor shall have expertise in all phases of the work associated with the design, installation, coordination, set up, training and on-going support of the system. Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the City of Joliet. The City of Joliet representative for this project will be Thomas Schwerha. The deadline for submitting questions will be Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 3:30 pm. Answers to questions will be addressed in an addendum by Friday, September 13, 2024 at 3:30 pm. You may contact Purchasing at 815-724-3925 or by emailing purchasing@joliet.gov if you have questions about how to sign up to receive addendums/notifications. The Contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days of written Notice to Proceed and shall complete by the date required in Appendix C. Notice to Proceed October 16, 2024.
