**As of November 21, 2024 project was awarded to CORE Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Qualified firms for Lease-Leaseback Construction Services (LLB) for the Measure Y Capital Improvement Projects (GROUP 2), (Project). Site Modernization Scope to include (security fencing, storefronts, ADA improvements and landscaping/painting to associated areas). The estimated construction budget is ten million five hundred thousand dollars ($10,500,000.00). Question Deadline 10/04/2024 The winning proposal will be determined based on the "best value" competitive procurement process under Education Code section 17400 et seq., whereby the LLB firm is evaluated and selected by the District based on a combination of price and qualifications of the LLB firm.
