Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Any questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to SETHRAs contact person, Rachel Hackworth, via electronic mail (rhackworth@sethra.us) on or before 05:00 PM EST, 9/13/2024. The project shall be for demolition, paving, erosion control, construction of a storm water drain, and striping of pavement for a complete parking lot at the SETHRA Bradley County Facility at 1250 Old Chattanooga Pike. The performance period for this contract will be from the issuance of the contract through November 25, 2024. All work must be completed by November 25, 2024. The technical requirements are included throughout this ITB as well as detailed on the included plan drawing and photographs that may be found in Section 3. The Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency is seeking contractors to bid on a major parking lot improvement project located at 1250 Old Chattanooga Pike SW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
