Remodeling of a pre-engineered storage facility in Chilhowie, Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 9,394-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Hopper Replacement Remove existing hoppers from the facility. Supply and install new hoppers that meet specified design and performance standards. Ensure proper integration with existing transfer station systems. Steel Plating Supply and install steel plating in designated areas. Ensure that all steel work adheres to safety and structural requirements. Complete necessary finishing work to protect against corrosion and wear. Mechanical Work Conduct any required mechanical modifications to accommodate the new hoppers and steel plating. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Ongoing Maintenance Plans Develop a maintenance plan for the new installations to ensure long-term performance and safety. Include recommendations for routine inspections and upkeep. Justification of Costs Provide a detailed breakdown of costs associated with materials, labor, and any additional services. Include justifications for cost estimates based on market rates and project specifications. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of Bids .The Bidder acknowledges the right of the Owner to accept any Bid, reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received.
