Dispose of offsite. Install new laminate flooring (maximum of 1700 square feet) in place of existing/removed flooring. Install transitions strips between flooring and dissimilar floors. Flooring and transition strips to be provided by USCG. Install new 4 rubber or Vinyl Cove Base fully adhered to wall in all locations above newly installed laminate flooring.
