Site work for a water / sewer project in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the CIP #CW2412 - HWY 69/169 Roundabout Waterline Relocation Project. In general, the work consists of site preparations in ADOT right of way at Hwy 69 and 169 in Prescott Valley, Arizona; removal of an existing manhole, installation of 24-inch sewer casing sleeve; Installation of 200 lf of 8-inch sanitary sewer main and two manholes; installation of 24-inch water casing sleeve; installation of 220 lf of 8-inch water main; installation of 400 lf of 12-inch water main; testing of new sewer and water mains; removal of existing 12-inch water main and valves, and site restoration. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. Please submit questions regarding clarifications to the plans or specifications by Wednesday evening, September 25, 2024, for inclusion in a final addendum. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town.
