The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking Statements of Qualifications to provide professional engineering services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan. The master plan will provide a road map for all future improvements and/or expansion of capacity. The master plan will review and summarize existing conditions, identify process capacity needs, evaluate future treatment processes needed to serve the community, including processes/treatment to produce higher quality effluent needed for groundwater recharge. The master plan will identify future space/land needs and provide physical plant layout options. The completed study will also provide current and future cost estimates for all improvements. The consulting firm selected will work directly with the Utilities Department. The procurement of professional services for this Project is governed by the provisions of A.R.S. &34-603. Award of a single contract for this Project shall be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services specified. All applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Codes, and other applicable rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over said Project shall apply throughout. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
