To provide on-call, as needed hydroseeding service to include the necessary equipment, personnel, supervision, and materials to perform the hydraulic application of seed, fertilizer, wood cellulose, agricultural lime, straw mulch, erosion control matting, mulch, mulch tackifier, and geotextile fabric on selected interstate, primary, and secondary roads within the 4 counties in NOVA District to include the counties of: Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties in accordance with this invitation to bid. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The initial contract period will be from date of award, with an option for four (4) successive one (1) year renewal terms. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Steve Ferguson at Steven2.Ferguson@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on September 1, 2024.
