Renovation of an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose shall be to review the scope of work and answer questions that have arisen All roof installation labor will be performed by employees of the roofing company and not subcontracted to a labor-only company. This project is the partial re-roofing of buildings at Waterville Elementary, 4081 Dalton Pike, Cleveland Tennessee 37312. It consists of removing existing EPDM and insulation material and installing 90 mil TPO A-PEEL material. The project includes reflashing all curbs and penetrations with manufacturer recommended accessories to obtain 30-year warranty. Each bid amounting to $100,000 or more shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the base bid in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check. If the contract exceeds $100,000, an allowance must be made to pull a performance and payment bond must be pulled for 25% for contracts over $100,000 per TCA Section 12-4-201. In making the award, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board also reserves the right to consider factors other than the lowest price submitted. Bidders agree, by their signature appearing on the bid form, to the Board's right to be the final judge in the award of this bid. Any bid which does not comply with the bidding conditions and specifications shall be considered unacceptable.
