While subcontracting is permitted as to core competencies covered by this RFP, a Proposing Firm that is not providing all core competencies and services in-house, is required to identify and provide certain information concerning subcontractors who will be providing some core competencies. See Section V, below, STATEMENT OF WORK; DESIGN-BUILD CRITERIA, especially in Question Deadline 09/18/2024 Questions, or requests for additional information, concerning the RFP or the project, (collectively, the "Questions/RFI's") shall be in writing and shall be submitted, to Jill Fratto, Purchasing Director at Jill.Fratto@k12.wv.us. By September 20, 2024, HCS shall post written answers on the HCS Website HCS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted by Proposing Firms in response to this RFP. HCS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based on its sole detennination of whether a given proposal is complete and satisfies the requirements of this RFP and (ii) HCS's best interests. HCS likewise reserves the right to elect not to move forward with a System and PPA, if the selection committee determines that it is not in the best interests of the School District to proceed with the project or to proceed with it at this time.
