Hendry County is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Bidder or Contractor, to provide construction services in connection with construction of a pathway parking area on Helms Road Extension in LaBelle, FL. The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work including the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete same in accordance with the Procurement Documents. 2.1 The work consists of the construction of a pathway parking area on Helms Road Extension in accordance with the plans that were prepared by Johnson Engineering, Inc. which may include, but are not limited to Mobilization Maintenance of traffic (MOT) incidental to the construction Surveying (Property line identification and construction staking) Clearing and grubbing, including removal and disposal of all materials generated and disposed of at a proper disposal site Excavation and embankment Grading work Drainage improvements Testing Parking area construction Sidewalk construction Asphalt pathway construction Utility coordination Installation of concrete curb and gutter Installation of sod and other erosion control measures as required Installation of signage and pavement markings Installation of a bicycle rack and benches Landscaping Complete restoration of construction site Secure necessary paperwork to access private property when needed Permits As-built survey Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Jorge Hernandez , Hendry County Project Engineer - Email: jorge.hernandez@hendryfla.net.
