This solicitation does not commit Hendry County to award any contracts, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this Bid, or to contract for any services. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received as a result of this solicitation for any or no reason, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Bid, if it is in the best interests of the County to do so. The County may re-procure at the discretion of the Board. Install new quarter round and painted or stain to match depending on which option applies. (Style to be selected by owner). Option 2: 1.
