A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference Hendry County is seeking engineering firms interested in providing engineering design and permitting services for a wastewater collection system and wastewater forcemain pumping system for Units No. 2 and 3 of the Port LaBelle Utility Sytem in Hendry County, Florida. Firms submitting must have expertise in wastewater design and permitting services. Proposers shall have all services available in-house or may propose multiple firms, which have joined together to provide the various required disciplinary services in order to offer a complete submission. Individuals and firms properly registered in the State of Florida are encouraged to submit their qualifications for consideration. The solicitation does not commit Hendry County to award any contracts, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this solicitation, or to contract for any services. The County retains the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all responses for any reason set forth in Hendry County Code Section 1-2-185(c)(3)a and may choose to re-procure at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners.
