Project No. 2: Combined Sewer Main Relay & Combined Sewer Main Lining & Manhole Repair and Lining W. Harrison Ave. - 190' +/- E. of S. 3rd St. to 150' +/- W. of S. 3rd St. S. 3rd St. - S. Chase Ave. to 465'+/- S. of W. Harrison Ave. S. 5th Pl. - W. Arthur Ave. to W. Harrison Ave. S. 7th St -W. Harrison Ave. to W. Cleveland Ave. S. 8th St. - W. Dakota St. to W. Manitoba St. Time for Completion: All work in W. Harrison St., S. 3rd St., S. 7th St., and S. 8th St. shall be completed by May 15, 2025. All cured-in-place sewer lining work in S. 5th Pl. shall not start earlier than April 18, 2025 and shall be completed by April 28, 2025. All manhole lining work in S. 5th Pl. shall be completed by May 30, 2025 and shall take place either after school hours or on Saturdays. All work shall be continuous and the number of allowable work days shall be 95 days. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500 The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid.
