The County of Carroll, NH, Mountain View Annex, has a Butler standing seam metal roof that is approx. 35 years old, and in need of having repairs and maintenance items addressed. The Commissioners of Carroll County wish to engage the services of a company to evaluate the roof leaks, read and acknowledge the Northridge Consulting Engineers Roof Condition Report dated 6/26/2024 (See Section 6. for location of report), and provide a proposal to provide services as recommended in the report. This roof repair project is part two of a two part RFP for roof work needed at both the Mountain View Annex and Carroll County Jail. These two projects will be awarded as one, two part project. The work is expected to commence in Spring 2025. The first part of the project is installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roof membrane assembly atop all areas of the Carroll County Jail as shown on the key plan and scale roof plan prepared by Northridge Consulting Engineers. The second part of the project is repairs and maintenance items outlined in the Annex Roof Report, also prepared by Northridge.
