Carroll County (hereinafter referred to as "the County") is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced paving contractors for the comprehensive paving and related site work at the Carroll County Com-plex located in Ossipee, New Hampshire. The purpose of this RFP is to select a contractor who can demonstrate the necessary expertise, resources, and commitment to execute this project efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The successful proposer will be responsible for all aspects of the paving project, including but not limited to, surface preparation, asphalt application, striping, and drainage improvements as specified herein. List of at least three (3) similar paving projects completed within the last five (5) years, preferably for municipal or large commercial clients. For each project, include: o Client name and contact information (name, title, phone, email). o Brief description of the project scope and value. o Completion date. The County also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the proposer deemed most advantageous to the County. Contract Award: The award of a contract resulting from this RFP will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, taking into consideration all evaluation factors. Right to Reject: The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RFP, to negotiate with any qualified proposer, or to cancel this RFP in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
