Renovation of a parking garage in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Carroll County seeks a contractor to remove three existing garage doors and one side entry door, repair any portion of the compromised structure, replace the garage and side entry doors, replace trim and siding, and upgrade interior lighting and service outlets. Proposals must include all costs for evaluation, procurement, setup, delivery, and installation. The winning bidder is responsible for the legal disposal of all old materials and construction debris. All submitting vendors must attend a mandatory site visit to determine the scope. Proposals should be submitted as one original and one copy via USPS, courier, or hand-delivery. Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Carroll County reserves the right to cancel the request, accept or reject any or all bids, and waive any minor irregularities or informalities. Proposals may be withdrawn by written notice before the submission deadline. The successful bidder will enter into a formal agreement with the County based on the request and their submission, including any mutually agreed-upon modifications.
