**As of August 22, 2025, project was awarded to Cobalt Construction Management but awarded amount is not available.** Carroll County is seeking proposals from qualified flooring installers that can remove and dispose of existing carpet, prep floor for new carpet, and install carpet tiles (See Scope). Approximately 4200 ft sq. of broadloom glue down carpet, at multiple locations, to be removed, disposed of, and replaced with carpet tiles. Carpet tiles to be 24" x 24" nylon glue down, color and pattern TBD. Square footage cost allowance to be assumed until exact color and pattern are chosen. Proposals shall be evaluated to determine the best value offered to the County.
