Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Carroll County is seeking a contractor to demolish former farm buildings, specifically the Cow Barn and Mulch Barn, return the ground below to a natural state that drains away from nearby structures, and potentially recover or reclaim any timbers or components from the structures that may hold value. Proposals must include all costs associated with evaluation, procurement, setup, delivery, and installation, and the winning bidder is solely responsible for the legal disposal of all old materials and construction debris. A site visit is mandatory for all submitting vendors. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the designated address by the specified deadline. Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. All clarifications regarding terms, conditions, or scheduling must be directed to: Bob Murray, Facilities Director bmurray@carrollcountynh.gov (603) 794-8295
