Construction to the Plymouth Borough Public Library - Mechanical Construction The proposed construction to the Plymouth Borough Public General Construction Remove the existing roof and install a new EPDM roof. Mechanical Construction Remove existing rooftop unit and install a new HVAC unit. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bid- der will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The project is funded by a grant from the Local Share Ac- count (LSA) Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority and all requirements of this Authority are to be met by the Bidders. The successful bid will be required to submit Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause which is contained in the Contract Documents.
