Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

A Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder at a meeting of the Borough Council. Bids are invited for the replacement of a concrete wall on both sides of Coal Creek. The work shall include milling and paving work, Guide Rail Installation, Concrete Wall Installation, Stream Work, etc. with maintenance and protection of traffic during construction. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bid proposals must be on the forms provided. Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. In compliance with Executive Order 11625 and 12138, the successful bidder must utilize to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women-owned businesses located in the municipality, county or general trade area. Plymouth Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and portions thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding.
