Prevailing Wage Serial Number: 25-06598 All inquiries regarding the Bid Documents shall be directed to Kyle Flynn, Project Manager, Apollo Group, Inc. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to: kflynn @apolloinc.com Sealed bids are requested for Shingle and EPDM Roof Replacement at the Wyoming Valley West Wellness Center, located at 28 Wadham Street, Plymouth, PA 18651. Each bid must be accompanied by a Proposal Bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total base proposal. The successful proposer must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor & Industry, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance, apply to this project. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
