Renovation of a municipal facility in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 18, 2024 bid rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Fall River DCM Facility Improvements Project - Phase III. The Project consists of but not limited to: Construction of a high arch gambrel salt shed 72' by 60' at 10 Lewiston Street, the site of the existing Department of Community Maintenance (DCM) facility. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
